RKB was selected to provide the pans, assemble a consulting team, and manage the project.

RKB Provided the following services:

  • Meeting with Seasons and the land owners to assess Darden's locating a restaurant at this site.
  • Preliminary design concepts addressed existing parking constraints.
  • Negotiating a development concept that would vest the existing parking and therefore justify the proposed building size.
  • Coordinating with mall owners and local building officials
  • Completing processing and permitting.
  • As the architect of the record for the adjacent Marriott Courtyard, RKB was instrumental in creating an agreement with the Courtyard for overflow parking that provided joint access between the properties.

Recently, RKB coordinated the expansion of an outdoor patio for Seasons.
