RKB provided design, construction documents, and construction management. The exterior design features an Asian themed entranc canopy structure and distinctive Washingtonian palm trees placed in an arc pattern at both sides of the entrance.

The design palette express a warm and subtle environment with attention to detail. The interiors have many custom amenities and feature an expo-kitchen which becomes an integral part of the interiors.
