This tenant improvement was a fast-track project and a final Certificate of Occupancy and Occupational permit were issued within a 90-day projected project schedule. RkB was instrumental in coordinating with the building department and assisting all parties in expediting revisions that occurred during construction. A solid team concept was established from day one in order to meet the clients relocation requirements.

Glass walls ere installed at the perimeter offices which will save our client energy costs because daylight will be utilize to control the interior lighting intensity. The interiors include offices, cubicle areas, conference rooms, break room, file room, and interior built-in files adjacent to work areas for 120 employees. Varying ceiling heights help to distinguish the different floor plan functions and to create a three-dimensional impression.
