RKB was selected to process, plan, design and coordinate the construction of a 76,500 sq.ft. medical office, Diabetes Research & Bio-Tech Research Centers. RKB Architects Planners, Inc., represented the new owners in converting the 10-acre site, zoned from Light Industrial land use to Medical Office use in the City of Boca Raton.

The project has many architectural features including an ornamental frame at the Porte Cochere entry, an Entrance Lobby with a glass dome structure, sun-screens for energy efficiency, parking for 440 cars on-site and new signage / graphics throughout the site. The property has high-profile frontage, is set back from neighboring properties and a golf course is located adjacent to the site.
